Seeing Tigers in Corbett, Kanha and Bandhavgarh, is a dream for any wildlife enthusiast. It is not without reason that they are among the most frequented parks for tiger safaris in India.
Staying at the Dhikala Forest Rest House in Corbett is only one of the many USP’s of this tour. Combining this with prime tiger territory of Central India – Kanha and Bandhavgarh National Park, you are bound to fall in love with the big cat. All in all, this group departure gives you the opportunity to explore the diversity of Indian wildlife in varying landscapes.
On arrival at the airport our representative will be waiting you outside arrivals. He will escort you to the hotel, provide with all the travel related documents. Check-in to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in New Delhi.
Early breakfast and checkout. Transferred to New Delhi Airport to board flight SG 2954 at 0615 hours, arriving in Jabalpur at 0805 hours. Met on arrival and transferred to Bandhavgarh National Park, 200 kms, 4-hour drive. On arrival, check in and eat a quick lunch. Post lunch, proceed for an afternoon safari. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Bandhavgarh national park is mainly known for the density of its tiger population. This is the place where famous White Tigers of Rewa were discovered. The other wild attractions in the park include Leopards, Blue Bulls, Indian Gaur (Bison) Chausingha (Four Horned Antelopes), Spotted Deers, Sambar Deer, Wild Boar, Sloth Bears Fox, Jackals, Wild Dogs, etc.
There are at least 22 mammal species and about 250 bird species in the Park. The other animals found in Bandhavgarh are Ratel, Porcupine, Small Indian Civet, Palm Squirrel, Lesser Bandicoot rat, the Jungle Cat, and the shy Hyenas. The reptile population in the park includes Cobras, Kraits, Vipers, Ratsnakes, Pythons, Monitor Lizards and turtles. The two-primate species – the rhesus macaque and the Hanuman langur – inhabit Bandhavgarh.

Transferred to Kanha National Park. On arrical at Kanha, check into the lodge and take the evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight at resort inn Kanha.
Wake up, and get ready for another day of adventure in the National park. The forests of the Banjar valley and Halon valley, respectively form Kanha’s western and eastern halves. By a special statute in 1955, Kanha National Park came into being. Since then, a string of stringent conservation programs have been launched, for the overall protection of the park’s fauna and flora. Kanha boasts of about 38 species of mammals. Some of the inhabitants of this park are the gaur, the largest of the world’s cattle; the sambar, the largest Indian deer; and the chausingha, the only four-horned antelope in the world. Other frequent visitors include the Nilgai antelope, the sloth bear, the dhole, or Indian wild dog, and an occasional Leopard. Some 300 species of birds inhabit the park, that includes the storks, egrets, black ibis, raptors, owls, and the Red-wattled lapwings.
Depart for afternoon jeep safari Kanha National Park. Return at 6pm from safari. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

Early breakfast and check out. Drive to Corbett National Park 275 km/ 5 hrs drive. Arrive at the park gate, and change into the safari vehicle with your baggage The next 32 kms is a drive through the Corbett National Park to the Forest Rest house which takes approximately 2 hours.
Be ready with your camera equipment to shoot, as lot of wild and birdlife can be seen on this trail. On arrival, Check into the Forest Rest House. These Rest Houses are unique to Corbett National Park. It is only here that you get an opportunity to stay inside the national park. The complex is located on the banks of Ramganga river and overlooks the foothills of the pristine Himalayas. Post lunch proceed for an afternoon safari in the most scenic national park of India. Only vegetarian food is served here. Smokes and alcohol is not permitted within the National park. Return from the safari at sunset. Dinner and overnight at the Forest Rest House.

Corbett had the proud distinction of being the chosen venue for the inauguration of Project Tiger in India. The rich biodiversity of the Reserve is partly attributed to the variety of habitat found here. Due to the location of the Reserve in the foothills of the central Himalayas, both Himalayan and peninsular flora and fauna is found in the Reserve. Dinner and overnight at the Forest Rest House.
