Day 01 : Leh Arrival
Our representative will receive you in Leh airport. Transfer to hotel in Leh. Complete day rest for acclimatisation. Complete day rest for acclimatisation. Overnight and dinner at Hotel in Leh.
After an early breakfast leave for Nimoo to see the magnificent view of the Confluence of Indus and Zanskar river at Nimoo. The spot is also famously known as Sangam. The spot is also famous of a thrill session of Rafting in the Zanskar river. Stop at Magnetic Hill, Gurduwara Pathar Saheb, Spituk Gonpa and Hall of Fame on the journey back. Overnight and dinner at Hotel in Leh.
After an early breakfast at hotel in Leh, we will leave for Thiksey monastery, which is almost 20 Km’s from Leh. Post visit to Thiksey monastery ride towards Pangong lake riding through the Changla Pass. Reach Pangong by afternoon. The Lake is around 4-5 kms wide and over 135 kms long, of which about two/third of the lake lies on the other side of the Indo-China Border. Overnight at cottage with a spectacular view of the Lake.
Get up early to not to miss the mesmerising sunrise view at Pangong lake. After enjoying your breakfast on the shores of Pangong lake, proceed on towards Nubra riding through the majestic Shayok Valley, driving for over 100 Km’s along the Shayok river. Reach Nubra valley by afternoon. Enjoy the spectacular view of Shayok valley and don’t miss on Desert Safari ride of famous Himalayan Doubled-hump Camel in Hunder. Overnight in Nubra Valley.
After an early breakfast visit the monastery in Diskit. Near to the monastery you’ll see the giant statue of future Buddha, also known as Gyalwan Chamba. The spot offers an exquisite view of the entire shayok valley of Nubra. Next proceed back towards Leh passing through Khardungla, which is the highest motor-able pass in the world at an altitude of 18,380 ft. Reach Leh by late afternoon. Evening free to explore the local market and for shopping. Overnight and dinner at Hotel in Leh.
