Dear Sharad, I’m only on day 2 but I’m already overwhelmed with my experience. It’s so far beyond my expectations that I have to thank you already. The guides, staff, drivers… everyone has been so welcoming to me. I’ve now been on 3 safaris and seen tigers every single time. The accommodation is exceptional. I cannot thank you and all the staff enough. These last couple of days have made the trip already!
Thank you again!
Best wishes to everyone in the company

Dear Sharad, Abhishek and all at Nature Safari India,
Just a quick note to thank you for your amazing service and making our trip so special – everything worked out well and the accommodation and staff at Tree House were first class. Sanjay went out of his way to make our safaris special and seemed to make it his personnel quest to make sure we saw some tigers. I have left a review on Trip advisor and also mentioned your name when I reviewed Tree House Hideaway on both Trip advisor and Google.
Please let me know if you want us to do anything else.
Thanks again for all your help and we really enjoyed our time in India and will definitely return.
Shame about the cricket but it was a great experience.

Dear Sharad,
We are now home and have had time to reflect on our holiday. We just wanted to let you know how truly spectacular it was. The tiger safari did not disappoint it was truly an amazing experience. Our driver Sanjay went above and beyond to make each day outstanding. Finding tigers when no one else did is just wonderful. The Treehouse Hideaway was outstanding, accommodation , staff and food. It was a holiday of a lifetime and definitely worth waiting for.
Our day trip to Delhi was just perfect, and we managed to see a good few of the sites of this wonderful city in such a short time.
We thank you and remind ourselves every day how fortunate we were and have great gratitude for our time spent in your wonderful country .

Hi Sharad,
I just wanted to thank you for such a great experience of a safari in India. From the communication prior to being picked up at the airport through arrival in Jabalpur, to Bandhav Vila, and the safari drives themselves, it was awesome.
I was disappointed that there wasn’t more tigers sightings with Sanjay, however, that is sometimes the luck of the draw. It only takes one up close to make the trip a success though, and I got that!!!! And I keep telling everybody about it every day.
Thanks again for having such a professionally laid out trip experience. Wishing you much continued success with your endeavors in the future.

Sharad,
I am leaving for the US tonight. Thank you to all of you for a memorable experience.
Singinawa was an outstanding lodge. The food and accommodation were great. Sanjay, the naturalist/guide, was terrific. Seeing multiple zones in Kanha with some up-close tiger viewing was most enjoyable.
Treehouse lodge was also terrific. What stood out at both lodges was the excellent service. Bandhavgarh was magnificent. I thought Atul was a very knowledgeable naturalist/guide. However, he was not very communicative with information but, fortunately, my rusty Hindi helped me talk to him better on the trip. Between Atul and the local park guide, I got a very good safari experience.
Roseate Hotel Aerocity accommodation and service was impeccable.
The whole Agra experience was noteworthy for excellent guiding by Shyam. The driver, Mahinder Singh was terrific. I would certainly request him in the future for other trips out of Delhi. My only regret with Amarvilas was that I only stayed one night there! Forget the Taj Mahal! One could visit Agra just for that hotel stay.
The airport transfers, road transfers between camps and the vehicles were flawless.
Overall, this was a wonderful trip for me, thanks to the care and attention of you and your staff. Ishana and Deepkul kept me informed at all stages and that was very reassuring.
Venkat.

Good Afternoon Sharad
Hot hot hot here in Panna.
Our adventure and sightings at Bandhavgargh were brilliant. Sanjay was a most considerate, knowledgeable driver guide. Most probably the best we have ever had.
We saw 11 Tigers and jungle cat along with many of fabulous birds that are to be seen.
Today on our first outing we have seen male and female leopard mating….. amazing 🫣

Hello Sharad,
Hope this email finds you well. I wanted to take this opportunity to share with you how wonderful our experience was in India and with Nature Safari India. Thanks to you and your wonderful staff we could not have been more pleased with how everything turned out.
It was so wonderful having Abhishek first greet us at the airport. He has a warm and welcoming approach and ensured everything went smoothly and that we knew our plans. A very nice touch to have him (and Deepkul too) there each time we arrived back in Delhi to see a friendly face. Always eager to know we were having a great experience and willing to accommodate anything we needed. Logistically the trip was very smooth which is not taken for granted with travel.
All of the accommodations that we stayed at on the trip were fabulous! The staff and service was excellent and we definitely felt this added to the overall positivity of our experience. The food was also amazing and we did not have any issues with them accommodating our dietary needs. You can definitely continue to recommend those places to all your clients with full confidence.
Our guide Sanjay in Bandhavgarh was exceptional!!! His knowledge of the park, wildlife and ability to position our vehicle perfectly for photos and optimal viewing was superb. He was also delightfully engaging and highly attentive. We felt he really made our safaris special and were very grateful to have had him as our guide.
Likewise, we really enjoyed Rishi, our guide in Kaziranga and found his knowledge really beneficial to our safari experience in this amazing park.
Additionally, we did have 2 drivers that we felt were superior and worth mentioning as our rides with them were much more enjoyable so would highly recommend you continue using them for your clients. The first was our driver from Kanha to Raipur, I believe his name is Jabir. His vehicle was by far the most comfortable (including neck pillows) and clean. He was also the most interested in ensuring we had a good experience and simply a joy to spend several hours in car with. The second was our driver for Agra, Santosh. He was an excellent driver also, very gracious and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Having him for that trip really made the end of our journey that much better!
From a wildlife perspective I was very pleased to see 16 individual tigers (13 I would consider great sightings) and I didn’t even bother counting the rhinos as they almost seemed plentiful. We saw 18 mammals and 106 birds so truly terrific. The wildlife viewing in Kanha was the only “low” point as we really didn’t see much there.
Lastly, I would be remiss if I did not thank you for putting together a wonderful itinerary, being highly responsive in our communications and clearly working with top-notch professionals across the board. I will definitely recommend Nature Safari India and hope maybe one day I will return for another tailor made adventure by you.
With much gratitude,
Coby

Hi Sharad,
I want to thank you and your team (Deep, in particular) for organising our three week trip to India. The organisation was amazing, and there was never a moment when we were left without support. It was a superb trip, and I have passed your details on to a couple of other people planning a trip to India.
I want to thank Deep in particular for always being there when we arrived or left from Delhi; the smile on his face made us feel that we were well cared for at every turn. I also want to tell you that we were awed by the way Abhishek kept us safe in Vrindavan – no easy task in the crowds. He must have aged 10 years, trying to keep us together! He is a delightful man, and unfortunately our departure that morning was so quick we didn’t get to say thanks to him in person.
If we come back to India, you can be certain that we will be in touch with you.

Sharad, we are now in Karaikudi enjoying the ambience of The Bangala Emphasis is mostly on catching up with sleep and trying not to overeat which is difficult at this establishment Sunday was a long day, we finally got to our Chennai hotel at 10pm and then were up for breakfast at 6 before flying to Madurai landing at 11 on Monday Thank you for the superb organisation of our tiger park adventure Sightings were frequent in Bandhavgarh, so Marian & Helen realised why I enjoy the experience. Raghu still makes every sighting a good one, and he was a master at using Helen’s camera to get excellent videos. And the food at Kings Lodge was in our opinion “the best in India”.
And onto Kanha, I was given the Tiger Room at Singinawa so that was special. Sanjay summed up our needs well, we were driven all over the park. We only had the one sighting, but when it was in the open meadows driving alongside male T121 roaring at T27 and the consequential schemozzle amongst the jeeps trying to keep their clients happy, it was an incredible experience I hope I will be able to revisit again soon Kind regards Janet

Good afternoon Sharad.
First we would like to thank you for the perfect organization of our trip.
Everything worked really well. We were always well received by competent guides. The accommodations were excellent. The places we visited were wonderful.
Cobert was an exceptional adventure, we have no words to describe it.
In the stunning landscape we find six tigers. In Bandhavaghar we found 11 tigers. In Kanha we found 3 tigers.
We spent happy days visiting the cities of New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Khajuraho and Varanasi.
Many thanks also for your interesting book The Tiger CEO which I started to read and learn more about my favorite feline.
Thank you so much for everything.
Warm regards

As discussed, here are a few photos that I’ve had time to dehaze a bit with all the dust that was in the air.
I’ll be sending a few photos of Tigers from Tadoba and a fairly nice rooster from the Kanha NP. Feel free to post them on my behalf.
We also had some great photos of other Tigers and Wild Dogs and they might be good enough to post as they are. I will get thru them all in the next few weeks as we prepare for our next trip.
I’ll be traveling a fair amount until mid-June and then I’ll have another take on the photos unless my photo friends assist.
I also have friends who are contemplating a trip to India but they have not set a time frame or discussed the details. I’ll let them know I have a contact when the time is appropriate.
Here are the first photos and I’ll send 2 per email so that you get full sizes.
Please confirm receipt when you have time.
Regards
Dave
PS The ones of Maya and her cub are pretty nice and the cub was the only small one that we saw.

Sharad and Team,
As my trip is coming to an end I can’t help but reflect on the amazing time I have had especially the safaris. They far exceeded my expectations. I really didn’t think I would see so many tigers! This trip has made my dream of seeing these magnificent animals in the wild come true thanks to your team! I will be sharing my experience with all who are interested so they know Nature Safari India is the team to go with if they want to see the best of India! I have shared some of my favorite photos with you.
Thanks so much!

Hello Friends (new and old),
Can’t believe I had been home for ten days from an incredible wildlife trip to India. The main focus was snow leopard and tigers (30 were seen). I did see both and many more. There were many surreal encounters. My pictures might not capture the moments but the memories live on. My greatest surprise is how good birding was in India. I am still dealing with a backlog of trips due to the pandemic. Hence I am heading back to Nepal on March 26. Need to switch gear and prepare for the trip. I hope these pictures will whet your appetite till I come back and go through the remainder of the pictures.

Dear Sharad, Ishana and all Nature Safari team members,
We would like to thank you all very much for organizing this amazing trip for us to see the beautiful tiger.
It is certainly the most beautiful animal we ever saw and it is one of our dreams come true.
I must admit that we had counted on seeing more tigers than we did. We saw one in Pench and one in Kanha. The one in Kanha we saw very good, from close by when she was on the move. A really exceptional experience. The remembrance only gives me goosebumps again.
But this shows that man cannot control nature, and this is certainly a good thing.
Thank you India for taking good care of the tigers for the benefit of the whole world.
Thanks to the smooth organisation of the trip we only had to enjoy and lookout for the tiger.
We especially enjoyed our stay in Kanja Jungle camp. The “wilderness” atmosphere they succeed to create really made us relax totally.
The staff is very helpful and friendly.
And the bush-dinner is the cherry on the pie ….
We will surely recommend nature safari to our friends and family.
Thanks to all the staff for making our trip a wonderful experience.
Kindest Regards
Suzy and Vera

Abhishek and all intrepid Holi friends
Kathy and I flew overnight from Delhi to Toronto and are currently enroute to Denver! One more flight to Phoenix this afternoon and we’ll try to get back to normal schedule!
Thanks for sharing the photos and your time to lead us thru these important sites and I’m sure we’ll all have very nice memories of the experiences we had! Experiencing the Holi was an exhilarating experience and we’re taking home “colorful” memories!
Please take on board the feedback that we gave you and also provided to Deep when we visited in Delhi!
It was a remarkable ( and long awaited) return to India and we certainly appreciated the patience of Sharad and Deep ( and all the Nature Safari staff) over this time to manage all the intricacies and changes necessitated by the pandemic! We are indebted for the efforts!
We’ll be in touch once we get settled however I’m not sure we can match Mr Sharads tiger photos!
All the best

We are writing to express our gratitude to you and your staff for the wonderful tour of India that you set up for us. Everything was wonderful. Praveen our main driver for the trip was an outstanding companion to us, always pleasant, a very excellent driver and serving our every needs. Our guides for Rathambore, Kelado, Chambel, Agra, Corbett and Kazaringa were very knowledgeable and professional. Our hotels were beyond our expectation. Karen was especially found of the elephant safari. It was the highlight of her trip. Wherever we stayed we found everyone giving us the best of care and consideration.

Sharad,
I want to thank you and your staff for making all the arrangements for Fred and my recent trip to India. As always it went off flawlessly. We also got to meet some of your partners at Bandhavgar and learned a little more about the history of the lodges, etc.
I also want to give a special shout-out to Abhishek who you now have working for you. He was an excellent hire and a very bright, intelligent, attentive addition to your staff. He had everything covered and was always there to make sure things were running according to plan. Give that man a raise ( a tongue in cheek saying we use when talking about valuable employees in America)!
Our driver/guides were excellent and we were very pleased to see the large number of women who were hired by the parks as spotters. These women are very into their jobs and work well with the drivers. English language skills varied but they were spotting things that we would never have seen and always did an excellent job.
We had some good sightings at all parks and were even lucky to see a leopard at one point. Here are just a couple of images.

Hello Sharad,
Still trying to settle back- you know the weather (here is cold and a little bit gloomy) and the time difference. Also I am still trying to catch up with work.
The tour was like a movie- an amazing experience and in fact i am still in India in my mind (the sounds, the people, the colours). I am very thankful for everything and the perfect organization. Not one thing to complain- very good choice of hotels, all the tour guides were very good. I would love to recommend you on trip advisor. Just let me know and send me a link. I will also recommend you to anybody of my friends who wish to travel to India.
The tiger safari experience was one in a life and I hope that I could repeat it.
And again thank you for everything. A lot of memories created just for two weeks.

Dear Deepkul and Sharad,
First off a huge THANK YOU for a wonderful time here in India. I’ll write much more later and post reviews on tripadvisor when we get home, but needless to say we have loved our time here…we’ve seen 24 tigers, 5 leopards, and countless other beautiful birds and animals over our 16 drives so far. Seeing tigers has been a dream come true, but the whole trip has been wonderful…the accommodations, the guides/naturalists, all the seamless transports, etc. Thanks so much.
Thank you so much!

Hello Sharad!
Good to hear from you! Our trip exceeded all expectations and we have been telling all of our friends how much we loved the wildlife and nature, but most of all the amazing people of India! Tom and I were just discussing this week that even though we have posted about our trip and Nature Safari on our own social media, we absolutely intend to do a TripAdvisor review also!
Many thanks to you and your team for an unforgettable adventure. We definitely hope to plan more trips with you in the future.

To all of our friends at Nature Safari India:
We would like to thank you for the thrilling adventure we had in search of snow leopards in northern India as well as the wonderful visit to the beautiful sights of India’s “Golden Triangle.”
The drive to the town of Kibber was exhilarating. I have wanted to experience the Himalayas since my first visit to India in 1972. We never tired of viewing the snow covered slopes and beautiful scenery. We saw many interesting animals on the way up the mountains.
But best of all was seeing a snow leopard eating his kill in a cold mountain stream. My brother was thrilled.
The historic forts and palaces of Jaipur, Agra and Delhi were astounding. We were amazed by the architecture of Taj Mahal and the gardens which surround it.
I wish we could name everyone who helped us.
The cooks, the drivers, the porters, the spotters and guides were all friendly and helpful. Dipkul, Mahindra and VJ deserve special mention for being knowledgeable professionals. We had a lot of fun joking around with them, sharing meals, stories, and learning about their lives and about your beautiful country. Our driver RJ was great.
Again, thank you so very much. May God bless you and your families. We look forward to returning to India to see the tigers.
Best wishes, Mark & Mason

Hi Varun
We are safely back home, thanks to you and Deep. The trip was slightly shorter than planned but certainly not less memorable.
Our Governments require us to “self isolate” for 14 days, good chance to sort through our photos and stuff.
We enjoyed our trip to India immensely and if we plan another visit we will certainly be in touch with you.
We hope these crazy times end soon and not too much damage is done to your industry.
All the best and thanks again for your help and support!
Kind regards
Rolf and Monika

Hi Sharad,
Thank you so much for planning a wonderful tiger safari for us. Now that we have been to Bandavgarh, we realize how important it is to have someone knowledgeable plan the schedule for the various gates and safaris. From scheduling primarily gates 1 and 2 for the best tiger experiences to scheduling one safari in gate 3, so we wouldn’t feel like we missed anything, it was perfect. Thank you for taking such great care to understand me, even though I did not always follow your directions. I am used to planning every facet of a trip, since I travel all over the world with my daughter, who is a flight attendant for Delta Airlines. I love the planning phase and usually use Tripadvisor as my planning tool, so I didn’t realize that I should leave everything to you. Hopefully, I will get back there with my daughter and next time, I will know.
Tiger’s Den Resort is lovely and we really enjoyed being close to the town and to gate 1. They took great care of us, and we could tell that they kept adjusting the menu for us. My only concern there was that I couldn’t figure out how to tip, since there were so many people taking care of us. I kept changing my strategy, and then started to worry that I wasn’t being fair. In the end, we just left a tip in the box in the reception area, so I hope that was acceptable.
Now for Sanjay – I am starting to cry just thinking about how much we love him. Sanjay’s gentle spirit helped me always stay grateful and positive, which I think is why I was so lucky to see a tiger on every safari. I loved that he was excited and surprised along with us at every tiger encounter. He handled Charlie, who is not always a good traveler, perfectly. I only planned this trip because Charlie had watched Tiger Dynasty and fell in love with Raj Berra, so seeing Solo on the last day was a thrill. We are so thankful that we were able to have this amazing experience with Sanjay.
We also are indebted to Deep, who not only took great care of us when we first arrived, but also knew exactly what to do when we got back. Thankfully, he pulled up our Emirates itinerary or we probably would not have gotten through the door of the airport. I know he was concerned, but remained so calm, when I couldn’t get my information on my phone. We wouldn’t have made the check in without his quick thinking. Thanks to your advice, I was expecting that this would happen, so we had all of our valuables and cameras with us. We will wait a day to see if Emirates will collect the bags and get them to us. If not, I think it will be too costly to ship. We could probably replace the suitcases and everything in them for less than $450. At any rate, please do not worry about this, since it was my fault. I will contact Deep when I hear back from Emirates.
Finally, please send me the information to get on the correct page for Tripadvisor. I won’t rave about how many tigers we saw, because I know that our experience is unusual. Should I put last names or just first names in the review? Thanks for all you have done. We wouldn’t have had such a wonderful time without your expert planning.
Warm regards,
Patti Scholes

Hi Sharad and team at Nature Safari India
We’re back home after an amazing trip and I would like to share our thoughts 🙂
Let’s start with the planning. I was impressed with your prompt replies, constant communication during the trip and professional planning. Thanks for making the planning stress-free.
In Bhopal, our driver Javed was great, punctual and also spent extra time taking us to few other sights in Bhopal on our request. Our guides at Sanchi (Rakesh) and Bhimbetka (Shailendra) were excellent. Appreciated their enthusiasm, knowledge and friendliness. We were awed by these UNESCO world heritage sites and their history. Our hotel Jehan Numa Palace had a fantastic ambience, but our room was surprisingly average. The staff were wonderful though when we asked for a room change as the mattress didn’t look clean.
Our train journey to Jabalpur was peaceful and a good experience.
Narmada Jacksons was a really good hotel – well designed room and bathroom and spotless. The food at their restaurant was also great.
We loved Singinawa lodge at Kanha. Beautiful room tastefully decorated, excellent service and delicious food. We enjoyed interacting with all the naturalists, wait staff and management. Very special people. Mr. Solanki, our naturalist was the best among the rest! We loved that he loved wildlife and respected it just like we did. He was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and adored the outdoors. We learnt so much from him and enjoyed his company.
It rained a lot on our last safari. Thankfully the lodge provided ponchos. However, I wish they had an adaptable jeep that could be covered in the event of rain as it’s pretty miserable to sit in an open safari jeep during a heavy downpour.
All the cars you provided for transfers between places were perfect and the drivers great. A special mention about the driver who drove us from Kanha to Bhandavgarh. An hour away from the tree house lodge, it started raining and soon visibility was almost zero. Navigating those narrow roads with massive ditches on either side takes a lot of skill and patience. Our driver was just amazing!
We absolutely loved our tree house! Our room was just lovely, the staff were so so good – so attentive, so friendly. We enjoyed watching two documentaries too, a great touch. They also laid out a candle light dinner for another couple who were celebrating a birthday and us outside and that was delightful. The food was fantastic! Our naturalist Sanjay Gupta was great. We were a bit disturbed by the behaviour of one of the forest rangers (mahout) on an elephant. The jeeps were parked near where Solo (the tigress) and her cubs were resting inside and everyone was waiting for them to emerge. We felt the mahout deliberately went in and caused the tigers to move closer to the jeeps so everyone could get a look. The thrill of a safari and wildlife spotting is the uncertainty and observing animals in the wild on their own terms, without disturbing their usual routine. If this wasn’t enough, the mahout took a tourist’s camera and went back to where the tigers were and clicked photos of the tigers for them and then accepted payment from the tourists too. That was quite shocking especially if it becomes a trend. We were quite impressed by the forest department otherwise with all the great work they’re doing and the strict rules they enforce so this incident was a dampener.
We enjoyed Ken River Lodge too. Simpler than the first two lodges but had an unbeatable location by the beautiful Ken River. The food wasn’t up to the mark as compared to the first two lodges. The service was good. I wish I knew in advance that they offered a night safari at the lodge, would have planned to fit that in. Also, the boat cruise was just a ride on a small section of the river outside the lodge by one of the wait staff. I thought it would be like a boat safari with a naturalist. It was still a pleasant experience. We learnt later that Panna National Park also offers boat safaris inside the park, we would have loved that option had we known about it earlier.
Khajuraho was just fabulous! Our guide (I can’t believe I forgot his name) was the best ever! We loved his cheerful personality and he made the whole complex come alive for us. His knowledge was unparalleled and he made the whole experience so interesting for us. We could sit and listen to him for days!
All in all, we had a fantastic experience. We saw so much of wildlife and we were fortunate to have great naturalists and guides who shared our interests in all wildlife and not just tigers. We saw an amazing variety of birds and ticked off many on our lists! All the parks were spectacular, so diverse and well maintained. Just wish that the forest department can consider having a brief orientation before every safari where a guide can explain to tourists about the need to maintain silence when observing wildlife. Some guides and naturalists too were making sounds and calling out to get the animals to look towards the camera to please their guests. We experienced that in Africa too and it’s sad that guests’ expectations trump respect for wildlife. Maybe the forest department can do more to train the guides and naturalists to quietly observe the animals they way they are and not to expect them to pose for tourists or do anything different from their natural behaviour.
Sorry for writing this super long review but thought you might find some feedback helpful.
Once again, thank you for putting together this beautiful, memorable experience for us.
Cheers,
Lolita 🙂
