Detailed Itinerary
Tadoba and Pench Safari - Tiger Safari Tour
Day 01 : Arrival at New Delhi (flight)
On arrival at New Delhi Airport, you will be met by our representative and chauffeur you will escort you to the hotel. The rep will further hand over and explain all travel related documents to you. Overnight at hotel in New Delhi.
Day 02 : New Delhi – Nagpur – Tadoba (flight + 3 hour drive)
Checkout from the hotel after breakfast. You will then be transferred to New Delhi airport to board a flight to Nagpur. On arrival at Nagpur, you will be by your chauffeur who will transfer you to the lodge. On arrival at the lodge, check in and eat lunch. You will also be met your naturalist who will be waiting for you for your afternoon drive into the national park. Return from the safari in the evening. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 03 – 04 : In Tadoba National Park
Morning and afternoon jeep safari in to the national park. All meals and overnight at the national park.
Tadoba National Park, nestled in Maharashtra, India, is a haven for wildlife enthusiasts. Spanning approximately 625 square kilometers, it houses diverse ecosystems ranging from dense forests to tranquil lakes. Renowned for its healthy tiger population, Tadoba also shelters leopards, wild dogs, sloth bears, and numerous bird species. The park’s rugged terrain, enriched by the Tadoba and Andhari rivers, contributes to its unique charm. With its rich biodiversity and scenic landscapes, Tadoba National Park stands as a captivating destination for those seeking an authentic wildlife encounter.
Day 05 : Tadoba – Pench National Park (230 kms, 4-hour drive)
Morning safari in the national park. Return at lunch and eat a hot meal before transferring to Pench National Park. On arrival, check into the lodge and you will once again be met by your naturalist who will brief you about your upcoming safari schedule. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 06 – 07 : In Pench National Park
Morning and afternoon tiger safari in the park. All meals and overnight at the lodge. Pench National Park, located in Central India, spans over 750 square kilometers and is renowned for its rich biodiversity and captivating landscapes. Inspired by Rudyard Kipling’s “The Jungle Book,” the park’s lush forests and meandering Pench River provide a picturesque habitat for a diverse array of flora and fauna. Tigers, leopards, wild dogs, and an abundance of bird species, including the majestic Indian bison, thrive in this sanctuary. Visitors can embark on thrilling safaris to catch glimpses of these elusive creatures amidst the teak and bamboo forests. Pench’s conservation efforts, combined with its natural beauty, make it a haven for nature enthusiasts and wildlife lovers.
Day 08 : Pench – Nagpur – New Delhi (100 kms, 2-hour drive + flight)
Morning safari in the park. Freshen up on your return from the safari and hot lunch is served. Checkout post lunch, and transferred to Nagpur Airport to board your flight back to New Delhi. On arrival at New Delhi, you will be met our representative yet again, who will escort you to the hotel and assist you with a smooth check in for your last night in India. Please feel free to take this time to tell them about your journey and give an overall feedback of the trip.
Day 09 : Departure
Breakfast and checkout from the hotel. You will be transferred to the internal airport to board your flight home/onward journey.
