Wildlife of Aravalli Hills with Golden Triangle

Nestled in the Aravali Hills over an area of about 800 sq. Km covering the grasslands, dry deciduous forests, cliffs and rocky landscape, lays the Sariska National Park, now known as The Sariska Tiger Reserve. This area was once hunting preservation of The Maharaja of Alwar. The Reserve is known for its majestic Royal Bengal Tigers. It was declared as a national park in 1982.

While Sariska is a new addition to this itinerary, we also have for you an oldie but a goodie, when it comes to the big cat population. This itinerary also includes a Tiger Safari in Ranthambore National Park.

The two sanctuaries perfectly align with India’s famous cultural circuit, the Golden Triangle. This includes walking and cycling tours in the capital, New Delhi, heritage walks in Jaipur and the enchanting sight of one of the seven wonders of the world, The Taj Mahal, in Agra.

Tiger Safari with Sanjay Gupta and Nature Safari India.
We just finished the first half of two tiger safari tours in India. The first was on the Banhavgar National Park. Our guide was Sanjay Gupta, who had 25 years of experience in the park and with the tigers. He was wonderful, sharing his experience and knowledge throughout our three full days together. He was definitely a highlight of our trip, as a great guide makes for a great experience, whether you see tigers or not! And we did see tigers...

Excellent Experience with Nature Safari India.
Nature Safari India organized our private 2 Weeks Safari in Central India plus a couple of Sightseeing and we are very happy to having choose this agency. I found them on the responsible tiger tourism association (TOFTigers) and I liked them from the very first contact. From the first email more than two years ago to the end of our trip in April 2022, the service was great, the selection of the itinerary, Parks, lodges and guides was perfect...

Wildlife of Aravalli Hills with Golden Triangle

Yes there is. When in Corbett, you can choose to stay within the national park in a 100 year old forest rest house. This is caled the Dhikala Rest House and is located in one of the most prime tiger safari zones of Corbett, Dhikala. It is a basic accomodation, but serves the purpose of being in wilderness and getting exclusive access to the zone when in Corbett.

Yes you most definitely can. Our tours are not set in stone and so if you wish to customize them based on your liking and interests, we will be more than happy to accomodate all of your requests.
Yes it indeed is. Corbett, Kanha and Bandhavgarh together home close to 500+ species of birds. Infact, if you wish to extend your tour for birding, we also suggest two other destinations : Nainital and Pangot due to their proximity to Corbett National Park park and an avid avian base.
Yes you can. Our itineraries are not set in stone. You can customize them based on your timeline, budget and further specific needs.
Indeed there are plenty. If you wish to extend your trip with heritage tours, we would recommend the Golden Triangle Extension which will cover heritage city tours of New Delhi, the Taj Mahal, and of course Jaipur for its palaces and forts. This can be done toward the begining of you trip right after Corbett National Park, before you head to Central India for Kanha and Bandhavgarh. However, if you wish to take a cultural detour to explore India’s spiritual side, we recommend the Taj and Temples Extension tour. Here you will cover the Taj Mahal, along with the Varanasi (one of the most sacred places of worship in India-also called Banaras), and the western – eastern group of temples in Khajuraho. This can easily be done post your tiger safari excursion in Bandhavgarh.
