It is important for us to understand your tourist type before we suggest a safari in India for you. Based on our experience of the last 3 decades, we have categorized the type of travelers that visit Indian National Parks as below.
1. A destination/country explorer (first time to India):
The focus is to see and understand the country, which includes culture, cuisine, festivals, key monuments like the Taj Mahal, Amer Fort, Ajanta Ellora Caves, etc., and wildlife. Within wildlife focus is primarily tigers, as they can be seen in the wild only in India, so visit one or two tiger reserves.
2. A second timer to India:
On your first or more visits in the past to India, your focus was cultural destinations, but this time you wish to see the wildlife as well.
3. A serious discerning traveler focused on nature and wildlife encounters only:
If you have done safaris in the past in India or worldwide and your prime objective of travel is to see nature, animals, and birds, then you are a part of this category.

4. A repeat Indian wildlife lover:
You have seen tigers, and maybe some other wildlife, and now are in love with Indian wildlife, maybe the tiger in general, maybe a particular tiger in a particular tiger reserve, maybe a specific park, a naturalist, or a particular wildlife lodge.
5. A repeat Indian wildlife lover but wanting to see species and parks not seen before:
You have seen tigers and some wildlife but now wish to see maybe leopards, one-horned rhinos, elephants, lions, snow leopards, cheetahs, red pandas, or some lifers. Apart from regular vehicle safaris, you also would be keen to do a walking safari, a boat safari, and birding walks.

6. An amateur or a serious amateur photographer:
You have good camera equipment and enjoy wildlife photography, and you wish to photograph tigers, or a particular species.
7. A professional photographer:
You know your camera gear well, you are earning out of wildlife photography, and you want the absolute best when it comes to safari experiences.

We regularly arrange tours for all above seven categories. Before we suggest a program, it is important for our team to understand the guest requirement, and only then do we suggest some alternatives.
We look forward to knowing your type and arranging a tour for you.
See you in India soon.
